What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy works with your subconscious mind to heal or remove any limiting beliefs, self doubts or blocks that are keeping you from living the life you are dreaming of. Your subconscious stores memories, long term habits, emotional trauma, beliefs and behaviours. It is a powerful, holistic therapy technique that has been used for centuries. It is so effective because we work with the subconscious, having direct access to the issues enables us to heal, release and move forward in an empowering way.
How does Hypnotherapy work?
Hypnotherapy is a process that allows us to have direct access to our subconscious. By understanding where behaviours and beliefs originate, and why they established; we are able to identify how they are affecting your present, so you are able to move forward in a positive, healthy way.
What to expect in sessions
All sessions are held online and begin with a chat. You can choose whether to sit, or lie down, while I guide you into relaxation using music and visualisation techniques.
Once you are fully comfortable, I am able to communicate with your subconscious, to fully understand the root of the block or negative belief. By reframing or replacing this with a more positive, empowering thought, we are able to heal and release the behaviour or belief.
How it’s different from talk therapy
Most talk therapies work with the conscious mind, the rational, logical part of your mind. Hypnotherapy accesses the deeper parts of the mind, the subconscious, which is responsible for 90% of your brain, which is why it is so effective.
