**Terms and Conditions for Personalised Hypnotherapy Audio**
**Introduction**
We are delighted that you have chosen our Personalised Hypnotherapy Audio service. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, we have outlined the terms and conditions of our service. By purchasing this product, you agree to the following terms:
**1. Confidentiality and Ownership Agreement**
1.1. In order to honour and protect Sarah Hunter, all intellectual property and confidential information, the Client agrees not to disclose or communicate any information about Sarah Hunter or share materials, methods, or resources with any third parties.
1.2. The Client agrees not to share the content provided by Sarah Hunter with any other parties.
1.3. Sarah Hunter acknowledges that confidential personal information may be obtained from the Client and agrees to keep such information confidential and not to disclose or use it without the Client’s prior consent.
**2. Changes to the Agreement**
2.1. This agreement may be subject to change with one week’s written notice provided to the Client by Sarah Hunter.
**3. Responsibility**
3.1. Sarah Hunter agrees to:
- Provide hypnotherapy services to facilitate the achievement of personal goals.
- Hold all information disclosed in sessions or via communication in confidence.
3.2. The Client agrees to:
- Take full responsibility for their choices and decisions during the use of the hypnotherapy audio.
- Ensure funds are available for payment on the scheduled charge date.
- Advise Sarah Hunter of any changes to contact or payment information.
**4. Cancellation Policy**
4.1. This product has no cancellation policy.
4.2. Sarah Hunter has a no-refund policy.
4.3. Transfers are not available for this product.
4.4. In the event of the Client’s absence or withdrawal for any reason, the Client remains responsible for the full cost of the product.
4.5. Sarah Hunter reserves the right to cancel the service if it is deemed not advantageous or ethical to continue.
**5. Communications**

5.2. If at any point you feel dissatisfied, please initiate communication to work through and uphold your commitment. We are here to support you and will always meet you halfway.
**6. Disclaimer**
6.1. The Client understands that the role of Sarah Hunter is not to provide medical services or to diagnose, treat, or cure any conditions.
6.2. Sarah Hunter is a mentor and guide trained in clinical hypnotherapy to help clients reach their wellbeing goals.
6.3. The Client understands that the advice given is not a substitute for professional medical advice and agrees to consult with their doctor before making any changes to prescribed medications.
6.4. The Client agrees to disclose any serious mental or physical health conditions before using the hypnotherapy audio
6.5. The Client understands that the hypnotherapy audio is not suitable for those experiencing psychosis
**7. Personal Responsibility Agreement**
7.1. The Client acknowledges full responsibility for their own life and wellbeing, as well as for their dependents, and all decisions made during and after using the product.
7.2. The Client assumes the risks of using the hypnotherapy audio, including trying new techniques and making lifestyle changes.
7.3. The Client agrees to ensure a safe environment while using the hypnotherapy audio and not to use recordings while driving or using heavy machinery or under the influence of substances.
7.4. The Client releases Sarah Hunter from any liability arising from the use of the hypnotherapy audio.
**8. Dispute Resolution Agreement**
8.1. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
8.2. The sole remedy for the Client in arbitration is a refund of the product fee.
8.3. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, with the courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction.
**9. Final Agreement**
9.1. By purchasing this product, the Client agrees to the terms outlined above.
